About These Terms
Mint To Prosper Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Tulsa, Oklahoma (EIN 38-4371182). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, programs, donation processing, volunteer applications, text messaging program, and the PurposeMint platform. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & Acceptable Use
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our website. Youth programming is administered separately with parental or guardian consent.
- You agree not to misuse our services, including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt service, or impersonating another person or organization.
- Program eligibility (such as the Conqueror Community Savings Program) is determined by published criteria. Participation is at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
- Volunteer, board, and partnership applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Donations
Donations to Mint To Prosper Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by U.S. law. Donations are processed by Givebutter, our third-party donation platform. All donations are final and non-refundable except in cases of duplicate or erroneous charges; contact us within 30 days to request a refund review. Information published on our websites, including financial-literacy articles, PurposeMint demos, and Pathways materials, is provided for educational purposes only. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. The Foundation is not a bank, credit union, or registered investment adviser.
Intellectual Property
All content on our websites is owned by the Foundation or used under license. You may share and link to our content for non-commercial educational purposes with attribution. Commercial reuse requires written permission.

SMS Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Mint To Prosper Foundation, you agree to receive recurring informational and organizational text messages related to our programs, events, community updates, reminders, participant support, volunteer communications, and other organizational communications.
Subscribers may receive up to 6 messages per month. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Mint To Prosper Foundation unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or participation. Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from consent to receive other communications.
Mint To Prosper Foundation will not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers solely as necessary to provide and operate our SMS messaging program.

Limitation of Liability
Our websites and programs are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mint To Prosper Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
